Having not been to the dentist in about ten years due to fear a very painful toothache led me to registering with this dental practice. I could not praise the care I recieve more highly. Kimberley, is a fantastic face to see as you arrive. Always smiling and making me feel at ease as I'm sure she senses how anxious I'm feeling. This is such a wonderful thing for someone like myself who feels extremely nervous at every appointment. From my very first appointment Rachel (dental nurse) has been nothing but supportive. My fear was clearly very obvious on my first visit and rather than being rushed into the chair I was listened to and very calmly reassured that I was in safe hands. I'd like to point out here that my first emergency appointment was at 5 in the evening so it was probably there last of the day. Rachel took so much time in making me feel relaxed and I appreciate it so much. My dentist Robin once again was incredible, no judgements of not having been to the dentist in so long, no eye rolling because I was "scared" just a wonderful, understanding woman who is clearly very good at her job. Since my first visit I have had numerous appointments, including a root canal treatment which I must say don't believe the hype because it didn't hurt a bit. This might seem like a pretty long review for a dentist but I simply cannot thank these ladies who have made my very near phobia of the dentist manageable. To have no pain in my mouth for the first time in years is incredible and I intend to keep up my regular visits, something I never thought I would be able to say.
Attended culloden dental practice today and as a nervous patient would like to thank leanne, rachel and my dentist robin for their friendliness and professionalism throughout . Wont be so nervous on my return. Thanks girls .
